Overview
This rare and timeless Rolex Day-Date 36 has reference 18038 and is crafted entirely in 18K yellow gold. The watch features a factory original distinctive walnut burl wood dial gold baton index marker. Paired with a fluted yellow gold bezel and the iconic President bracelet. Powered by the reliable Rolex caliber 3055 automatic movement with quickset date functionality. This watch is all original. The watch shows no signs of polishing and is in very good vintage condition having been well preserved and lightly worn. The watch was manufactured in 1985.
Case
The solid 18K yellow gold case measures 36mm in diameter and is fitted with a fluted yellow gold bezel and scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with Cyclops magnifier over the date. The walnut burlwood dial features gold baton hour index markers along with the day display at 12 o’clock and date display at 3 o’clock. Water resistance is rated to 10 ATM.
Bracelet
The watch is fitted with its original 18K yellow gold President bracelet secured by a hidden fold-over clasp. The bracelet remains structurally tight and shows no signs of stretch or sagging. Includes 22 links and 2 end links.
Condition
The watch is in very good pre-owned condition and shows minor signs of wear, including small, barely visible scratches on the case, bezel, case back, and bracelet consistent with careful use. The dial is well preserved and without damage. The crystal has light bearding. The movement has been machine-tested for accuracy and water resistance and performs within Rolex standards. The watch was recently serviced by our master Rolex watchmaker, warranty for one year.

Returns missing any of the above will not be refunded until the missing items are also returned.
