Questions
Before you come in
What does an appraisal cost?
Nothing. Valuations are free and there is no obligation to sell. If you would rather just know what you have, that is fine with us.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk in any time we are open. If you want a specific gemologist or you are bringing a large collection, call ahead on (786) 281-1287 and we will set time aside.
How quickly do I get paid?
The same day you accept. Cash for smaller amounts, check or bank wire for larger ones, whichever you prefer.
Will you buy damaged or incomplete pieces?
Yes. Broken chains, missing stones, single earrings, dented cases and unmarked gold are all things we buy every week.
Can I trade instead of selling?
Yes. Put the full offer value toward anything in our collection, which usually stretches further than taking the cash.
I am not in Florida. Can I still sell to you?
Yes. Send photos first and we give you an offer range. Only then do you ship, fully insured, and nothing is final until we confirm the number against the piece in hand.
What should I bring with me?
The piece, a government issued photo ID, and any boxes, papers, certificates or receipts you still have.
