Overview

This Cartier Tank Française reference 1840 is crafted in solid 18K yellow gold and powered by an automatic movement. The watch features a white guilloché dial with black Roman numerals, blued steel hands, and a date window at 6 o’clock. Produced circa 2000, this 28mm model has the classic Tank Française case profile paired with a black leather strap on a Cartier 18k gold buckle. The watch was serviced recently.

Case

The 18K yellow gold case measures approximately 28 mm wide, without the crown, and 32 mm tall from lug end to lug end. The case is fitted with a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. The white dial features Roman numeral hour markers, an inner minute track, blued hands, and a date display at 6 o’clock. Water resistance is rated to 3 ATM.

Bracelet

The watch is fitted with a generic black leather strap and secured by the original Cartier 18K yellow gold tang buckle.

Condition

The watch is in very good pre-owned condition with minor signs of wear, including small, light scratches on case, case back, and bezel consistent with normal use. The dial has some minor discoloration at its edges from age. The watch was recently serviced and is running strong.

Items that arrive altered or damaged, or with missing materials, will not be accepted.

Accompanying Materials

All returns must include every item shipped, including:

Boxes, Papers and certificates, Warranty cards, Booklets, Accessories, Extra links, Branded packaging, etc.

Returns missing any of the above will not be refunded until the missing items are also returned.
If materials are not returned, the return will be denied.

Return Process
